stop comments on TM products and service…Not only 1 customer is calling 100….Stx customer is 1.5 million all over malaysia…try to think on the customer service that taking ur call per day…it’s not their fault…there trying their best as well…try to put ur self in thier situation…stop sending fucking comments…

i last time got a internet problem,,
i called them many time to check n check..
at 1st they ask me to restart modem.. i do it repeatly, n they ask to do it again n again.. since i faded up i ask them to check,.. my line having problem, after they repaired, then my line its fine as ever till now.. but costomer service really didnt know what problem are we having, ask technician from streamyx to come to solve youyr problem..

Go to hell streamyx, i dont want to go back to malaysia . It is like return to the Jurassic. How could you connect to the outer world with this slow ass speed? Even Iraq has minimum 4 mb . What the fuck is wrong with you streamyx? Stop spending money on prostitute go buy a better bandwidth
